It's Cookie Week!!!

It’s Cookie Week At Allergy Schatz and we’re baking up our favorite gluten, corn, and dairy-free holiday cookie recipes!

What’s Your Favorite Holiday Cookie?

Is it a sugar cookie with sugar crystals sprinkled just so? Or how about gingerbread cookies shaped like gingerbread people? Whatever your fancy, there’s no denying that these holiday goods are always bound to spread holiday cheer.

During the bulk of the year, our kitchen only bakes 3 kinds of cookies: macarons, chewy chocolate chunk, and shortbread cookies. Of course we experiment with different types here and there, but these are the 3 we offer to the public. So when the holidays come, that’s when my cookie fun can really begin and I can get creative and let loose that extra cookie baking energy.

When I was a kid, about the only thing I was good at baking were cookies. Lucky for me my mom loved baking them with me and during the holidays! We made so many delicious sugar cookies-and ruined a few gingerbread houses, but ultimately, we had a good time and the memories are mine to treasure forever.

But what about food allergies?

No need to fear, we’ve got it covered! Allergy Schatz is here to help you turn those holiday cookie favorites into a tasty allergy-friendly treat! Up first on our list…
