Are your products gluten-free, or just gluten-free-ish?
All products are 100% gluten-free. We have allergies too so we keep gluten and wheat out of our kitchen.
Is your kitchen allergy-friendly?
You betcha! Our kitchen is always free from gluten/wheat, milk, corn, apple, mangos, coconut, almonds (all nuts actually!) and sesame. We clean and sanitize our kitchen before and after each use, and we have designated equipment for our vegan items.
Are ALL your items vegan?
All of our mixes are vegan however, our batters and cookies may contain egg. Please be sure to check the individual labels for each product page.
Do your products contain soy?
All of our mixes are soy-free however, some of our batters and cookies may contain soy. Please be sure to check individual labels for each product on the product page.
I had an issue with my order. Do you offer refunds?
Life happens and no one gets that more than us. We are always happy to work with you. If you have an issue with a product or your order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Where are your products made?
Our products are made and packaged in a home kitchen that is licensed by the Los Angeles Health Department.
What safety measures are you taking to protect against COVID-19?
Our kitchen and equipment are cleaned and sanitized before and after each use. Employes creating mixes or packaging products must wear aprons, facial masks, gloves and have hair pulled back in order to work. Employees that feel sick or that have tested positive are not permitted to work without clearance from a doctor.
Do you accept EBT?
Not at this time. However, we understand how tough times are and how expensive allergy-friendly products can be. If you are low-income or on EBT and need assistance, please email us at email@example.com
