Vegetarian Dairy-Free Ranch Dressing
Have a family member who’s dairy free? Use this recipe to make sure they get to have the same fun dipping veggies and fried foods
1.5 Cups
15 minutes
Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
¼ cup vegan buttermilk
¼ cup dried parsley
1 clove of garlic, finely minced
2 tablespoons fresh chopped green onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon pickle juice
½ teaspoon vinegar (apple cider or white)
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1. Gently whisk ingredients together in a small mixing bowl.
2. Dressing should be thick and creamy. If dressing is too thin, add more mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon at a time.
3. Store in an airtight glass jar or mason jar.
