Cinnamon Loaf Cake
Use Allergy Schatz© Gluten-Free Vegan Cinnamon Cake Mix to make a delicious loaf cake!
2-9x5 loaf cakes
1-16oz bag of Allergy Schatz© Gluten-Free Vegan Cinnamon Cake Mix
1 cup earth balance vegan butter, plus more for pan greasing
12 tbsps aquafaba at room temperature (=4 extra large eggs)
¾- 1 cup non-dairy buttermilk at room temperature
1. Preheat oven to 350° and grease loaf pans thoroughly with vegan butter, being sure to get the corners of the pan.
2. Mix butter in large mixer bowl on medium speed. Once fluffy, add egg substitute. Then alternate pouring Allergy Schatz Cake Mix and "buttermilk" until creamy. Divide batter evenly into pans smoothing the tops.
3. Bake in oven on middle rack for 45-60 minutes or until toothpick in the center comes out clean (cake should be golden brown on top and slightly dense to the touch when ready) Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan.
