Use Allergy Schatz© Fried Chicken Flour to Make Crispy Fried Chicken!

  • 2 Eggs

  • 4-6 lbs chicken breasts sliced into 2-inch thick strips

  • ¼ cup non-dairy buttermilk

  • Vegetable or Canola Oil (for frying)

  • Tray covered with parchment paper or paper towels.

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, pour Allergy Schatz Fried Chicken Mix. Set Aside. In another medium bowl, beat eggs and milk together lightly.

  2. Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Salt and pepper chicken to desired preference. Dip chicken in egg mixture being sure to fully coat. Transfer chicken to flour mix bowl.

  3. Use a plate or lid to cover bowl and shake to coat the chicken thoroughly. Transfer chicken to tray. Set remaining mix aside. Cover and refrigerate chicken for at least 20 mins.

  4. In a deep pan or pot, pour oil half way and heat on high (355°). Remove chicken and coat in flour mix again. Fry in hot oil until the internal temperature reaches 165°. Remove from oil and place on a cooling rack. Let cool for at least 5 mins before enjoying.
