Use Allergy Schatz© Chocolate Cake Mix to make a decadent chocolate dessert!
1 cup non-dairy buttermilk
1 cup vegan butter
4 large eggs
½ cup water
½ cup oil
1. Preheat oven to 350° and grease loaf pans thoroughly with vegan butter, being sure to get the corners of the pan.
2. In a large mixer bowl, combine wet ingredients except oil and mix on medium speed. Then, slowly pour in Allergy Schatz Chocolate Cake Mix and oil. Mix until smooth and creamy. Divide batter evenly into pans smoothing the tops.
3. Bake in oven on middle rack for 45-60 minutes or until toothpick in the center comes out clean (cake should be golden brown on top and slightly dense to the touch when ready) Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan.
